Submission of Abstracts and Papers
For submission abstracts and full papers, you must first register for attending the Conference and create an account. You can then log in to the User Panel and upload your Abstracts and Full papers selecting the appropriate menu item.
When uploading an abstract or paper, all authors must be specified. Additional authors can be added using the button Add author.
Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts of the papers (1-3 pages) should be submitted by clicking on the Abstracts — Submission of abstracts item of the User Panel menu. Abstracts will be published by the Institute of Mathematics as the Conference Abstracts.

- Submitted in English only
- Single ZIP file (PDF and TEX format)
- Should not exceed 3 pages
- Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts, at least one of which must be co-authored
Information about the acceptance of the abstract and the registration of your participation in the conference will appear in the "Submitted abstract" section of your user panel, and will be sent to the e-mail address of the "Corresponding author" selected during the submission of the abstract.
Submission of Full papers
Full papers (12-15 pages) should be submitted by clicking on the Submission of papers item of the User Panel menu. Accepted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of reviews by three independent reviewers.
Only papers presented by speakers in the conference sessions and approved by the conference participants will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Full papers that receive a positive review will be recommended for publication by Springer.
- Submitted papers must not be simultaneously under consideration by any other conference or journal, previously published, or accepted for publication elsewhere.
- Submissions must contain original research results of scientific and/or practical value. Review papers are not encouraged, but will be published if they receive a positive review.
- All papers will be checked for plagiarism and self-plagiarism using well-known international databases of published works.
Papers should be prepared by pasting the content into the official template file and using the Springer Proceedings Macros built into the template. Since Microsoft Word may block the template file, first unblock it in the file properties if needed. Detailed explanations are provided in the instructions.
